Ax Consultants comprises a team of Psychologists, Drug and Alcohol Clinicians, Neuropsychologists and Psychiatrists with expert training in the provision of expert witness services; including Assessment, Treatment and Reports discussing the presence of these psychological factors.
Our team of specialist clinicians provides expert witness in and for court on a variety of legal matters including, but not limited to:
- drug and alcohol related offences (including trafficking, possession, theft, stalking, assault and other offences where substance use may be indirectly related)
- drink driving offences
- assault and other violent offences (for the defendant or victim)
- personal injury claims
- motor vehicle accident claims
- work injury claims
- offences related to sexual conduct (including assault against minors or adults, harassment, stalking.
- relationship break down and divorce settlements
- custody disputes
Assessments can be conducted from our offices in and around Metropolitan Melbourne or in Prison’s if the client is already in custody. All our prices operate on a sliding scale dependent upon the client’s funding arrangements (ie LegalAid, Victims of Crime).
All of our reports are written in consultation with you, the Legal Advocate to ensure our reports explicitly address the nature of the legal matter at hand.
Our fee structure is as follows:
